Attorney Rollie R. Hanson has been practicing law for the past 24 years in Southeastern Wisconsin.  He has represented thousands of clients with financial difficulties, giving them advice in regard to dealing with creditors, and filing personal and small business bankruptcies for financially distressed individuals and businesses. 

In addition to bankruptcy,  Attorney Hanson has developed an expertise and represented many elderly clients helping them with their Estate Plans, drafting Estate Planning documents such as Wills, Health Care Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, Marital Property Agreements, Trusts and other necessary documents.  Attorney Hanson has also helped many families faced with the costs of long term care and concerned with issues pertaining to preserving assets of the estate.  He also regularly provides legal services for Probates and Guardianships.

Attorney Hanson has also represented many individuals over the years who have been victimized by Predatory Lending Practices, illegal collection actions including Illegal Automobile Repossessions and other Consumer Law issues.
